User verification on the Catchyy platform is the process of confirming identity through photo verification. To do this, each user must go through a few simple steps during registration using the camera of their device. This way you can be sure that there is a real person behind the profile photo. You can recognize verified users by the blue label next to their name in the profile. Do not ignore this step during registration, because verified users receive much more likes and messages for obvious reasons – it is much easier to build relationships if we do not doubt the honest intentions of a person.   

Blocking of users.

If you notice suspicious behavior of another user during communication or their communication style seems offensive and undesirable to you, you can always block them. You can do this directly in the chat with the user by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner and selecting the appropriate option, or in the user's profile by clicking on the "Block and report" button at the bottom of the page.

Reporting users to Support.

If you are concerned or uncomfortable with the behavior of another user, you can also write a complaint to Support. You can also do this chat or in the user's profile (the blocking and reporting functions always go together). Our Support team will review your complaint as soon as possible and take appropriate measures.
